To delete a condition:
From the Rules page, select the rule and click the Edit button. The Edit Rule - <rule name> page appears.
Select the condition you wish to delete. Click the Delete button.
For rules with more than one condition:
Select the And or Or text that accompanied the condition. Click the Delete button.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each condition you wish to delete.
Important: In a rule with multiple conditions, if you try to delete any condition from a set except for the bottom one, you will get the following Error Message: "Conditions in the middle of the set can only be Edited. To Delete them, start from the bottom of the set." If you don't wish to delete all of the conditions, first, using the Move Down button, select the condition you wish to delete and move it to the bottom of the set. You may then delete the condition without having to delete any of the others. Then, using the Move Up and Move Down buttons, re-order the conditions in the order in which you'd like them processed.
Click Save and Close to return to the Rules page. Your revised rule is displayed.
